To achieve desired performance outcomes,
workers need sufficient resources to accomplish their tasks.
A client’s resources, or means of executing job
role expectations, are assessed by TPG. This assessment
of an organization’s work tools encompasses a review of
the amount, type and linkage of information and resource support
that are made available for people to get their jobs done.
In particular, TPG identifies the degree of alignment
between what is expected of work talent and what is made
available to that talent in terms of information, equipment,
and support mechanisms for individuals and teams to do their
jobs.
