The Performance Group was established in 1986 on the premise that the key to improving performance depends on an organization’s ability to effectively match people to jobs. The Performance Group of  Florida  (TPGF) offered human resource consulting services  specific to compensation, organizational assessment and career counseling.  

The firm shifted its focus during the early 90’s toward executive and management assessment for selection and development.

During the mid-to-late 90’s, TPGF added organizational development to its practice areas to complement its growing assessment business and respond to the increasing need to help our clients identify their competitive advantage though their workforce.
